The control panel offers total control of kettle temperature from a built in thermostat, on /off switch, and display lighting.  In addition the option to upgrade the gauges to digital readouts with outputs has been added.   The discharge comes standard with a 2" TDO valve, with a 1.5" or 3" option available. Tri-Clover sanitary fitting is standard on discharge of our lab series kettles. In addition we can also laser cut and polish covers for users to mount Lightnin and other brand mixers.
